Instruct Thy Children

The third message in our podcast series on "Honoring Godly Men". Today we look at the life, ministry, and testimony of Reverend Lloyd Mayeux. The founder of our church and ministry. He was a man of great integrity and humility. He was a giant in spiritual authority, yet the meekest, kindest, most gentle and patient man you might ever meet physically. His ministry was wroth with miracles of biblical proportions, the dead raised, the sick healed, lives change; yet there was never a single utterance of self promotion. No titles, just function. A true patriarch and apostle, who fathered many churches, laying good foundations for future generations to build upon with confidence because of his meekness and humble obedience to do the work of God's Kingdom. 

Christ Our Covering

The second message our podcast series on 'Honoring Godly Men". Paul said to follow him, only as he followed Christ. We are so very grateful for the coverings in our life, but the greatest covering and the example that they learn from is Christ. So we begin with Him and get an understanding of what a true covering is. 

Honoring Godly Men

This is the first message in a short podcast series called "Honoring Godly Men". In a culture that is trying to devalue men and set up wrong concepts of what it looks like to be a leader, minister, family, and society in the minds of our children, it is important for us to share the testimonies of those who have done it right (both in scripture and in our lives) that others might see the fruit of trusting God's words, will, and character; and follow the lead of Godly men rather than the influence of a very prevalent antichrist spirit. To stand against the grain of culture has always been the commission of God's humble servants. Let us honor those who have as they honored God with their lives of sacrifice and obedience.

Buy the Field

Has God ever given you an impossible promise? Has He asked you to prove that you believed Him for it? There are times, usually when it seems so contrary to what you see happening, that God will ask you to "buy into a promise." To take an action that proves that you believe Him despite your circumstances and sets the stage for future harvest while others think that you are crazy for it. Today's message looks at when God asked this of Jeremiah the prophet and see what that might look like for you and me. 

Fervent Heat

The Bible tells us that in the end, evil men and all the works of of their hands will be burned in a fervent heat. Yet the saints of God will not be harmed. In the same way that a fever wipes out an infection without hurting the immune system. Sin is a sickness that is infecting creation. There are reasons for ever season and blessings that await you on the other side of them, if you don't get discouraged, but rather allow yourself to be used in the myst of them. God will get you through them and use you in more ways than you could have imagined.
