"The Shema - Part 1: Hear"

Did you know that when Jesus was asked what the greatest commandment was, He quoted straight from Deuteronomy 6, what was widely known as the, “Shema”? It was the most critical piece of theology in all of ancient Israel. Everyone knew it; everyone memorized it. - It  begins with, “Hear O Israel!” and I believe without a doubt, that is a great place to start!

In a world filled with endless distractions and competing voices, how do we recognize the voice of the Lord? And more importantly… are we truly listening?

We discover why hearing God’s voice is the foundation of our relationship with Him and why the very first word of the Shema still speaks powerfully to all believers today.
